Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Schedule Annual Fees: The academic year fee is divided into certain installments. Due Dates: Fees must be paid on or before the 15th of the installment Dates. Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable Registration Fee is payable at the time of admission. 2. Late Fee Penalty Fees paid after the specified due date will attract a late fee penalty of ₹500/week. Continued non-payment may result in the child's name being removed from the school records. 3. Payment Methods Online Payments: We accept payments via our secure Wix website using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. Transaction Charges: Any transaction charges levied on the use of payment methods are to be borne by the parent. Offline Payments: Payments can be done through cash as well. 4. Refund and Withdrawal Policy Non-Refundable: Admission fees, registration fees, and special activity fees are non-refundable. Withdrawal: If a child is withdrawn mid-session, fees for the ongoing term must be paid in full. 5. Right to Amend The School Management reserves the right to revise the fee structure, late fees, and terms at its discretion. 6. Acceptance of Terms Payment of fees implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
